DataRay offers the following products covering wavelengths of 1 to 16 um:
- 1.0 – 2.4 µm - Beam’R2 & BeamMap2 dual detector products with extended range strained layer InGaAs detectors offer high sensitivity and XY and XYZQF positions and profiling on beams 2 mm diameter and below.
- 1.5 – 3.5 µm - BeamScope-P8 with InAs detectors offer XY position and profiling on beams 2 mm diameter and below.
- 2 - 16 µm - WinCamD-FIR2-16 with 35 µm pixels offers FIR profiling from 2-16 µm. With accessories, can handle powers into the tens of W. It is not suitable for the measurement of tightly focused cutting beams. It is very suitable for the measurement of quantum cascade lasers.
